Toyota Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements to match their vehicle needs with one in the current inventory.
• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Follow guidelines and best practices for dealing with and handling internet inquiries.
• Aid all customers who arrive in our showroom.
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network.
• Work with sales managers and BDC staff to capitalize on all opportunities.
• Keep up with industry standards and best practices.
• Pass Toyota's training classes and e-modules to gain and maintain certifications.
• Most importantly, always take care of the customer and have fun while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license*

Qualifications

The right candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, and full of positive energy. You will be someone who enjoys working with people and possesses a passion for helping others. Sales experience is not necessary but is preferred.
