Toyota Master Service Technician (Mechanic)

About the role

The Cavender Auto Family is seeking an experienced Master Diagnostic Toyota Technician to join their high-volume, high-performance service team at Cavender Toyota. Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs in accordance with Toyota and dealership standards
• Diagnose complex engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
• Utilize Toyota diagnostic tools, scan tools, and special service equipment
• Test-drive vehicles and validate repair accuracy
• Communicate findings and repair needs clearly with Service Advisors
• Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Accurately document all repair and diagnostic work
• Support shop efficiency and mentor junior technicians as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Toyota Service Technician required
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Master or Expert-level Toyota Technician experience preferred
• ASE and/or Toyota certifications strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

Compensation is based on skill and certification level.
