Responsibilities

- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and adherence to dealership policies. - Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives. - Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems. - Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding customer needs and complete online multi-point inspection reports. - Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician. - Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance. - Fast learning ability. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong customer service skills. - Team-oriented mindset. - Proficient in computer operations. - Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. - Valid driver's license. - A.S.E certifications preferred.
