Tom Wood Toyota in Indianapolis, IN is looking for Toyota Technicians who want steady, billable work every day. We run a balanced shop—CP, warranty, and internal repairs—so dispatch isn’t stacked against you. If you’re tired of flat-rate pay that doesn’t match your hours, come see how we do it.

Pay

Flat Rate: $22 – $40/hr based on experience. Consistent workflow means consistent paychecks.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 8 AM–4 PM

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles and used inventory
• Handle maintenance, repairs, and inspections efficiently
• Work alongside advisors to properly identify and complete needed work
• Focus on Fix It Right the First Time

Requirements

• Automotive technician experience (any level welcome)
• Strong work ethic—someone who wants to turn hours and make money
• Toyota or ASE certifications are a plus, not required
• Team player who takes pride in their work
