About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate or Counsel to join our Toxic Tort Liability Practice Group in our California offices. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with hands-on experience in litigation to grow their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle depositions
- Engage directly with clients
- Collaborate with technical experts
- Manage critical discovery tasks
- Draft and argue motions
- Support partners on strategic litigation planning
- Contribute to trial preparation and execution
Requirements
- Basic Qualifications: JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school; Activate member of the California Bar; 3+ years of litigation experience
- PREFERRED Qualifications: Understanding of current state and federal procedures; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Attention to detail and commitment to excellence; Trial experience preferred, but not required
