Essential Functions
- Comply with IHSAA MSAC rules/ regulations and all FWCS policies including FWCS code of ethics.
- Willing and able to work effectively with students from multicultural backgrounds.
- Responsible for instructing and supervising all athletic practices and games.
- Maintain high expectations for students both academically and athletically.
- Utilize and work with other head coaches and assistants.
- Must have or be willing to obtain SPB/ Minibus certification before the season.
Qualifications
- Prefer candidate with middle school coaching experience.
- Teach at Towles New Tech School for the 2026-2027 school year if hired as a current FWCS teacher, must fulfill daily contracted hours before coaching.
- If not an FWCS teacher, must be available at 3:30 PM Monday through Friday afternoons.
