Tower Technician II

Job Description

Immediate openings for experienced Tower Technicians who are eager to learn and advance within a growing construction crew. Concordia Group, a well‑established tower company, offers the resources of a larger firm with the close‑knit feel of a small team where every voice matters.

Responsibilities

• Construction and labor work
• Basic electrical work
• Digging, trenching, and welding
• Radio installation
• Antenna installation
• Fiber‑optic connections
• Connectorization of RF jumpers
• Support the Antenna & Line foreman by tracking site activities, materials, staff, tools, and daily tasks
• Ensure crew safety and enforce safety protocols
• Learn new technologies and contribute to professional and technical development

Requirements

• Experience working outdoors in various inclement weather conditions
• Some construction work experience
• Ambitious individual seeking growth toward a Tower Technician Lead role or beyond
• Willingness to work overtime and long hours
• Ability to climb 200–300 feet
• Must be able to lift over 50 lb
• Ability to travel out of state 4–8 weeks at a time (travel expenses covered)
