Tower Technician II

About the role

We are currently hiring Tower Technicians at Concordia Group. Our team offers the benefits of a larger firm with a smaller, more collaborative atmosphere. We are looking to expand our construction crews and welcome professionals eager to grow within the field.

Responsibilities

• Support your Antenna & Line foreman in managing activities related to materials, staff, and tools.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies to contribute to our growing team.
• Perform basic electrical work, digging, trenching, welding, radio installation, antenna installation, fiber optic connections, and connecting RF jumpers.

Requirements

• Experience working outside in various weather conditions.
• Some experience in construction work.
• Ambitious individual with a desire to advance to positions like Tower Technician Lead.
• Able to work overtime and long hours.
• Able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Able to travel out of state for 4-8 weeks at a time (travel expenses covered).
