About the role

Tower Lead/Top Hand is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a tower site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tower site operations
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Manage team performance and development
• Resolve technical issues and maintain equipment
• Collaborate with other departments for project success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tower operations
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
