Tow Truck Repair Installer

Description

Lynch Chicago is seeking a Tow Truck Repair Installer to join their team. The role involves providing hands-on training to effectively perform installations, modifications, and upfits on a variety of tow trucks, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics. Prior experience in welding, electrical work, carpentry, and other hands-on projects is beneficial, but training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Install and customize various components and accessories, such as racks, shelving, lighting, decals, toolboxes, and safety equipment.
• Wire in lights and other electric accessories.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience with power tools, wiring, and measuring is desired, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Prior fabrication experience is a plus, but not required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to read and follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to learn and grow in the position.
