As a Tow Truck Operator at Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing, you are often the first point of contact when something goes wrong. Your professionalism, calm presence, and attention to safety help turn a difficult situation into a reassuring experience for the customer.

    We’re Looking For in a Tow Truck Operator

    • Maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. (Must be 21 years old for insurance purposes).
    • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment while following all safety procedures.
    • Communicate clearly with Dispatch and the Towing Manager daily.
    • Use company-provided phones and software to receive and manage calls.
    • Provide professional, courteous customer service—especially in stressful situations.
    • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
    • Adapt to change with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
    • Commit to learning, improvement, and growth within the company.
