Requirements
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License
- CDL A required (without manual restriction) OR tow truck experience
- Must reside within 20 minutes of Fayetteville, NC 28301
- Clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment DOT physical, DOT drug screening, and FMCSA Clearinghouse check
- Willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours calls
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles
- Properly load, secure, and unload vehicles using tow equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service, even under pressure
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company procedures, and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable driving manual transmission
- Strong backing and maneuvering skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostic experience
- Experience with various vehicles and heavy equipment
- Prior towing experience preferred—we will train the right candidate if you hold a CDL
- Excellent communication, time management, and self-discipline
