Troy's Wrecker Service in Louisville, KY is hiring a full-time Tow Truck Dispatcher. This is a highly phone-focused position—you'll be on the phone your entire shift, taking calls from customers and making outbound calls to coordinate service. Responsibilities

• Begin your day by evaluating incoming service requests and determining the optimal dispatch strategy
• Take calls from customers and make outbound calls to coordinate service throughout your entire shift
• Professionally coordinate with tow truck drivers, ensuring each call is handled with punctuality and efficiency
• Maintain precise phone records of every operation
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members
• Facilitate smooth, organized interactions that reflect the company's commitment to excellence
• Make critical decisions that help uphold the company's reputation for delivering exceptional roadside assistance

Schedule

This is a full-time dispatching position with shifts that vary within regular business hours, ensuring steady work that keeps you engaged throughout your day.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of the Louisville, KY area
• Proper phone etiquette
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable answering and receiving calls from customers
• Previous dispatch experience is preferred but not required

Pay

$18–$20 per hour.
