Main Activities and Responsibilities

We are seeking Tournament Operations Talent to support venue readiness, match-day operations, and live event delivery across stadiums and event sites in each Host City. This role plays a key part in executing a world-class global sporting event in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Assignments will be based on operational needs and individual experience.

  • Support venue setup, readiness, and daily operations
  • Aid with match-day and event-day execution
  • Cookordination of staff, volunteers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Manage workflows within assigned zones or functions
  • Support crowd flow, access control, and entry operations
  • Ensure facilities and infrastructure meet operational standards
  • Deliver high-quality guest and fan experiences
  • Address operational issues and escalate as needed
  • Maintain compliance with safety, security, and event protocols
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth event delivery

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event operations, logistics, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and event days
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work on-site for extended periods
