About the role

Tour Guide at Travel + Leisure Co. is a dynamic position that requires a career-minded individual to assist in putting the world on vacation. This role involves meeting face-to-face with customers and presenting the benefits of vacationing with Travel + Leisure Co.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and keep current on industry trends.
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Articulate the benefits of vacationing with Travel + Leisure Co. and link product benefits to the customer's vacation goals.
• Demonstrate and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-energy environment.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain CA Real Estate License within 6 months of hire (facilitated and subsidized by Travel + Leisure Co.)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and professional.
• Active listening skills.
• Ability to consistently achieve minimum production standards.
• General computer skills and ability to work with tablets/smart devices.
• Clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to be a team player and work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Skills

• Real Estate License (to be obtained within 6 months of hire).

• Target annual compensation of $70,000, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.

Pay

The target annual compensation for this role is $70,000, comprised of $16.90 hourly plus per transaction payouts and opportunity for a monthly transaction bonus. Top performers may earn up to $200,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
