About the role
Tour Guide at Travel + Leisure Co. is a dynamic position that requires a career-minded individual to assist in putting the world on vacation. This role involves meeting face-to-face with customers and presenting the benefits of vacationing with Travel + Leisure Co.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers.
- Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
- Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and keep current on industry trends.
- Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
- Articulate the benefits of vacationing with Travel + Leisure Co. and link product benefits to the customer's vacation goals.
- Demonstrate and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-energy environment.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain CA Real Estate License within 6 months of hire (facilitated and subsidized by Travel + Leisure Co.)
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and professional.
- Active listening skills.
- Ability to consistently achieve minimum production standards.
- General computer skills and ability to work with tablets/smart devices.
- Clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to be a team player and work in a team environment within a shared space.
- Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Skills
- Real Estate License (to be obtained within 6 months of hire).

Pay
The target annual compensation for this role is $70,000, comprised of $16.90 hourly plus per transaction payouts and opportunity for a monthly transaction bonus. Top performers may earn up to $200,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
