Tour Guide

Responsibilities

• Follows a predetermined itinerary to escort tour groups from one venue to another.
• Shares scripted educational information related to each tour venue using a prewritten script to provide an interactive experience.
• Remains flexible and adjusts the itinerary to accommodate restroom breaks, hydration needs, late arrivals, cancelled entertainment, and closed attractions.
• Completes all required pre and post tour paperwork accurately and on time.

• Ability to speak in front of a group of guests and manage groups of people.
• Genuine interest in making people feel welcome using a smile and positive nature.
• Keen to be a part of something they believe in, providing fun while having fun at work.

• Commitment to their team by being on time and working scheduled shifts.
