Responsibilities

• Run reports at the end of the day for manifest.
• Enter tour guest information into the computer system.
• Input salespeople for daily attendance tracking.
• Write and enter VAC-PAC appointments.
• Assist with progress reports.
• Deliver invitations to the gift room and sales floor.
• Locate sales representatives and ensure they have picked up their tours.
• Dispense telephone messages.
• Assist other sales departments as needed.
