Responsibilities
- Transport cruise and non-cruise guests efficiently and safely.
- Provide information about ISP, welcome guests, and conduct orientations.
- Distribute literature, sell merchandise, and promote ISP offerings.
- Affix tickets, load passengers, fuel vehicles, and clean vehicles.
- Participate in training and adhere to guiding principles of being the best, authentic, and profitable.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger endorsement and no air brake restrictions.
- Current DOT Medical Certificate.
- Customer service skills with professional communication.
- Willingness to learn about Tlingit culture.
- Preferred: First Aid and CPR certification.
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to sit for long periods.
- Comfortable walking and driving on gravel roads in various weather conditions.
Additional Information
- Compensation is $30/hour with bonus potential and travel stipend.
- The position emphasizes providing an authentic Alaskan experience and promotes Native preference.
