Total Rewards Specialist
Job Function
Oversee day-to-day compensation operations including offer modeling, incentive calculations, and support for annual compensation cycles
Participate in market surveys and conduct analytical deep-dives into compensation structures across different roles and locations
Build sophisticated Excel/Google Sheets models incorporating complex formulas for equity valuation and total rewards scenarios
Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners while communicating directly with candidates about compensation structure and philosophy
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in compensation analysis and operations, or related HR functions such as people analytics, HR operations, or business partnering
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including complex formulas, data modeling, and financial calculations (proficiency will be evaluated during interviews)
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling confidential information
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new systems and tools; interest in developing technical skills including basic coding is valued
