About the role

VSON enjoys significant ancillary revenue sources that a new partner would be eligible to participate in, including potential investing in two different surgery centers, having 2 in-office MRI’s and 3 x-ray machines, our own Physical Therapy group, and providing our own durable medical equipment to our patients. Employed physicians can also purchase surgery center shares. Additional compensation from these ancillary sources range between $100,000 - $500,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced, patient-centered spine care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary orthopaedic and neurosurgical environment.

Requirements

Highly skilled and board-certified/board-eligible Orthopaedic Total Joints Surgeon.

Qualifications

MD/DO degree.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team setting, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
