Total Absence Management Claims Specialist
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes salary range: $45,500- $49,000. Also mentions short-term incentive compensation. So Pay section can be included. Benefits: they list benefits in detail. So Benefits section can be included. Schedule: not mentioned explicitly; they mention virtual roles work from home office with periodic visits to assigned GCSO office as needed for team events, meetings, training, business continuity, etc. That's about work location/schedule? Could be considered schedule? But schedule usually refers to hours, shift, etc. Not given. Might not include Schedule section. Could include "Work Arrangement" but not allowed heading; only allowed headings are specified list. So we cannot create custom heading. So we omit Schedule.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay.
We must decide what content goes where.
We have:
- Intro paragraph about MetLife GCSO team, trust, empathy, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About MetLife"? But we have "About MetLife" later. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading with description of role and team.
- Responsibilities: list of duties: reviewing and adjudicating leave requests, establishing eligibility, maintaining oversight, providing customer service, supporting quality improvement, meeting KPIs, leveraging AI tools, etc. Also virtual role work from home with periodic visits.
- Requirements: maybe "Required Qualifications": start date Nov 9 2026, report to Tampa FL office, strong communication skills, critical thinking, strong letter writing, experience with MS products and AI tools, 2-4 years customer service background, high school diploma.
- Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications": 1+ years experience in leave, state and federal leave laws, college degree.
- Skills: maybe combine communication, letter writing, MS products, AI tools, critical thinking, etc. Could be separate but we might avoid duplication. Could put skills under Skills heading.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- Pay: salary range and short-term incentive.
We must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Must remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the start date, location, etc.
We must not include application instructions (like "click here", "please email us", etc). So remove "For more information regarding MetLife’s U.S. benefits, please click here." Also remove EEO paragraphs, drug-free workplace, lie detector test, etc. Also remove "About MetLife" maybe? That's substantive about company; could be included under "About the role"? But we already have About the role. Could also have a separate "About MetLife" but not allowed heading. So we incorporate relevant info into About the role or maybe omit. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine company description into About the role.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same sentences.
Let's craft HTML:

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $45,500‑$49,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation, subject to applicable plan terms.
We must ensure no boilerplate. Removed EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Also removed "For more information regarding MetLife’s U.S. benefits, please click here." Also removed "About MetLife" paragraph (we incorporated some). Also removed "All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms." Actually we kept that in Pay sentence? We said "subject to applicable plan terms." That's okay. Check for any duplicated content: Not repeated. Check for any mention of "Virtual roles work from a home office with periodic visits to the assigned GCSO office as needed for team events, meetings, training, business continuity, etc." We included that as first responsibility bullet. Check for "Reviewing and adjudicating leave and/or accommodation requests in compliance with federal, state and company policies." Included. Check for "Establishing eligibility and applicability of leave requests while ensuring timely communication with employees, employers and other key stakeholders necessary to appropriately determine liability." Included. Check for "Maintain active oversight of leave claims from initiation to closure following appropriate policies and procedures around timely submission of information and absences in accordance with the plan(s)." Included. Check for "Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance requirements." Included. Check for "Support a continuous focus on quality and continuous improvement by ensuring efficiency, accuracy and a positive claimant experience." Included. Check for "Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators and productivity metrics while maintaining quality." Included. Check for "Leverages approved AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making. Uses sound judgment to validate AI-generated outputs and maintains accountability for all work products, decisions, and customer outcomes." Included. Check for "Candidates must be able to start on November 9th, 2026, and be able to report to our Tampa, FL office" Included. Check for "Strong communication skills, both written and oral" Included. Check for "Demonstrated critical thinking in activities requiring analysis, investigation, and/or planning" Included. Check for "Strong Letter writing and experience with Microsoft products and AI tools" Included. Check for "2-4 years Customer Service background" Included. Check for "High School Diploma" Included. Check for "Preferred Qualifications 1+ years’ experience in one or more leave State and Federal Leave LawsCollege Degree" We split into two bullets. Check for "The expected salary range for this position is $45,500- $49,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation." Included. Check for benefits list: we captured many. We removed "All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms." We kept mention in Pay. We removed "For more information regarding MetLife’s U.S. benefits, please click here." We removed the "About MetLife" paragraph about Fortune etc. Might be considered substantive but we don't have a heading for it; we could incorporate into About the role? But we already have About the role focusing on role description. Could add a sentence about MetLife being a leading financial services company etc. That is substantive and not covered elsewhere. Should we include? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information". So we should include that info somewhere. We could add a sentence in About the role: "MetLife is a leading global financial services company recognized on Fortune's World's Most Admired Companies list, operating in over 40 markets." That would preserve that info. Let's adjust About the role paragraph to include that. Also we might include "As part of our New Frontier strategy, MetLife is building an AI-enabled, people-centered future." That's also substantive. Could add. We must avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. That's fine. Let's rewrite About the role:On MetLife’s Global Customer Service and Operations (GCSO) team, customer care is built on trust, empathy, and a commitment to continuous improvement. MetLife is a leading global financial services company recognized on Fortune's World's Most Admired Companies list, operating in over 40 markets and pursuing a New Frontier strategy that builds an AI‑enabled, people‑centered future. You will help guide customers through important life moments, solve challenges, and simplify processes with innovative technology, delivering a differentiated experience grounded in operational excellence. As part of the Global Operations (Global Ops) Absence Leave Solutions Organization, you will manage a combination of leave types including ADA, FMLA, PFML, and BCEL claims, working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment that values fresh perspectives and innovation.
That preserves the company info. Now ensure we didn't repeat any content elsewhere. Check for
