About the role
Join our Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team as a Tortilleria Clerk at 3909 N. I-35 Service Rd., Austin, Texas, 78722.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Interact with the general public and co-workers
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
- Write simple correspondence
- Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds
- Assist customers, clean, fill and rotate tortilla displays, and assist in making a variety of tortillas and masa for the department
- Work in a fast-paced grocery store environment
Requirements
- Ability to read and write Spanish/English
- Basic PC/Outlook skills
- Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
