As a Tortilla & Prep Cook, you're the heartbeat of the kitchen, crafting fresh tortillas from scratch while prepping the ingredients that make our Tex-Mex shine. You keep the kitchen running smoothly by rolling, chopping, slicing, mixing, and preparing everything needed for a legendary Chuy's experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft fresh tortillas from scratch
• Prep ingredients including rolling, chopping, slicing, mixing, and preparing all items needed for menu items
• Maintain consistency and quality in all preparations
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
