Responsibilities

• Operate tortilla production machinery efficiently and safely to ensure consistent product quality
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain optimal production flow
• Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and adherence to specifications
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist in the setup and shutdown of equipment as needed
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly
• Support inventory management by recording production data accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic math skills for measurements and quality checks
