Tortilla Clerk TFM

Position Summary

The Tortilla Clerk delivers quality customer service in a retail store environment. The individual is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values. The clerk maintains inventory and department cleanliness for the department.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Drive customer service
• Maintain product freshness
• Order inventory
• Package tortillas, chips, tostadas and all other products in the department
• Ensure coolers are cleaned and organized
• Maintain cooler temperature logs
• Maintain cleanliness of tortilla machine

Skills And Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic kitchen skills
• Tortilleria department experience a plus
• Valid Food Handlers Card
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Physical Demands And Work Conditions

• WALKING: Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise.
• STANDING: Continuously, throughout shift.
• LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

$15.00-$20.10 hourly. Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
