Tortilla Clerk TFM
Position Summary
The Tortilla Clerk delivers quality customer service in a retail store environment. The individual is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values. The clerk maintains inventory and department cleanliness for the department.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Drive customer service
- Maintain product freshness
- Order inventory
- Packaging tortillas, chips, tostadas and all other products in the department
- Ensure coolers are cleaned and organized
- Maintain cooler temperature logs
- Maintain cleanliness of tortilla machine
Skills And Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic kitchen skills
- Tortilleria department experience a plus
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Physical Demands And Work Conditions
- WALKING: Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise
- STANDING: Continuously, throughout shift
- LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay
Pay scale $15.00-$20.10. The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics. Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
