Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across all vehicle systems.
- Collaborate with service writers and other technicians to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
- Execute repairs with precision and uphold high craftsmanship standards.
- Engage in ongoing training—we support continuous learning and certification.
Requirements
- A proven track record as a diagnostically strong technician.
- ASE Certification and Virginia State Inspection License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and teamwork mindset.
- Professional toolset.
- A clean, valid driver’s license.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
