Top-Secret Administrative Support Analyst
Job Summary
B&A is looking for a Top-Secret Administrative Support Analyst to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The role involves providing secretarial and administrative support to the Declassification Branch, including action processing, courier package preparation, database maintenance, and coordination with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
Responsibilities
- Prepare hard copy packages for courier services and sign for incoming hard copy packages from the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
- Initiate and prepare Action Processing System packages for search and review.
- Respond to OSD queries regarding referral status, estimated completion dates, and missing document requests by close of the following business day.
- Prepare and provide responses for the OSD reconciliation list and recommend responses with rationale to Program Leads for OSD pre-coordination requests by close of the following business day.
- Prepare and send monthly open/close status reports to OSD for each process and conduct annual FOIA and MDR reports.
- Aid with internal FOIA and MDR document searches.
- Provide escorts for non-cleared visitors to IMD workspaces and conduct burn bag operations.
- Update and maintain the ADR database and analyze ADR boxes to extract and compile all requisite data.
Education And Experience
- No formal degree required.
- Prior administrative or clerical support experience, ideally within a government or classified environment, is preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent administrative tasks and suspense deadlines.
- Familiarity with records processing and database maintenance is preferred.
Security Clearance
Must possess a final and fully adjudicated Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
