Job Summary

At Maaco Pflugerville, we're dedicated to providing our customers with top-quality overall paint and collision repair services and exceptional customer care. As a leading paint and body collision shop, we take pride in our workmanship and our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Now, we're looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor.

Responsibilities (What you will do)

  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and guidance throughout the repair process.
  • Educate Customers: Act as a trusted advisor, explaining repair options, answering questions, and helping customers make informed decisions about their vehicles.
  • Drive Sales: Utilize your sales skills to promote our services and products, upselling when appropriate and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Cook
  • Coordinate Repairs: Serve as the liaison between customers and our repair team, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of repairs.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver a superior customer experience from start to finish, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and earn repeat business.
  • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
  • Perform physical inspections of damaged vehicles
  • Determine the extent of damage
  • Document repairs needed and review repair shop estimates
  • Determine vehicle value and provide documentation

Qualifications (What we are looking for)

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Passion for Cars: A genuine passion for automobiles and a desire to help customers find solutions to their vehicle repair needs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to customers.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to think quickly on your feet, adapt to changing situations, and find creative solutions to challenges as they arise.
  • Team Player Mentality: A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with our repair team and other staff members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Estimator is preferred
  • Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision

Compensation

$72,800.00 - $95,000.00 per year
