Desired Skills And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical degree or certification in Tooling, Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Tooling Technician, Mold Technician, or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience in injection molding or related processes and tooling systems
- Experience with mold repair, preventive maintenance, and tooling setup is essential
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with a deep understanding of tooling, molds, and machining techniques
- Proficient in using precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMMs) to check tooling accuracy
