Tooling Technician

About the Role

As a Tooling Technician, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Determine and perform required maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, calibrating, etc.).
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment.
• Order and install replacement parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical and electrical).
• Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to improve availability, capability, and yield.
• Perform equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.
• Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• Preferred Tooling Experience of 4 to 5 years.
• Experience with welding and machining.
• Experience and understanding of lathe and milling machines.
• Experience with CNC Machine for Metal.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
• Ability to push/pull 51 lbs. or more.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Pay

$28.44/hour

Schedule

Days - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
