Tooling Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the quarterly roadmap for AI and automation initiatives
• Transform ambiguous operational challenges into systems-oriented solutions
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery
• Establish high performance expectations and continuously improve execution processes
• Navigate and resolve cross-functional operational challenges proactively

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in program or project management roles, preferably in a technical or operational environment
• Demonstrated expertise in defining technical roadmaps and executing on them effectively
• Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups
