Tooling Engineer (SolidWorks / Magma / Metal Casting Experience Required)

Responsibilities

• Build and refine tooling using SolidWorks in support of ductile iron casting programs
• Run casting simulations in MAGMA to validate designs before they hit the floor
• Own yield improvement and continuous improvement work across the casting process
• Partner directly with customers and account managers on new product development
• Support quoting, product launches, testing and validation from start to finish
• Bring new technology and process improvements into the operation

Requirements

• Associate degree in engineering or a related field; bachelor's preferred
• Two or more years hands‑on experience with CAD modeling, blueprint reading, and design for manufacturability
• Manufacturing background required; foundry, tooling design, casting simulation, or CNC machining experience is a strong plus
