Tooling Engineer

About the role

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tooling solutions to meet production needs. Works closely with manufacturing teams to ensure tooling meets quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new tooling solutions
• Maintain existing tooling to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement and improve tooling processes
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot tooling issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tooling engineering
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Experience with metalworking processes
• Knowledge of tooling materials and their properties
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM software
• Strong understanding of tooling design principles
