Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed testing and inspections on completed tools and dies to verify that parts meet stringent specifications and quality standards.
- Cut, shape, and trim materials with precision, adhering to design specifications to achieve the required tolerances and part functionality.
- Design and fabricate jigs, fixtures, and templates as needed to support tool and die production, ensuring proper fit and function.
- Grind, adjust, and assemble parts with advanced techniques, ensuring precise alignment and smooth operation of all components.
- Select and assess metals and materials based on their properties and suitability for specific tool or die applications, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
- Maintain a focus on safety, adhering to company policies and best practices while proactively addressing potential hazards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Solid knowledge of subject matter
