About the role
The Tool Crib Manager is responsible for managing the tool inventory and ensuring that all tools are properly maintained and available for use.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's tool inventory
- Ensure all tools are in good working condition and properly stored
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to repair or replace damaged tools
- Train new employees on proper tool usage and safety procedures
- Document and track tool usage and maintenance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of industrial tool maintenance and repair
- Experience with inventory management systems
