Tool Crib Manager

About the role

The Tool Crib Manager is responsible for managing the tool inventory and ensuring that all tools are properly maintained and available for use.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's tool inventory
• Ensure all tools are in good working condition and properly stored
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to repair or replace damaged tools
• Train new employees on proper tool usage and safety procedures
• Document and track tool usage and maintenance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of industrial tool maintenance and repair
• Experience with inventory management systems
