Tool and Die Maker – Manufacturing

Role: Craftsperson Machinist-Tool & Die Maker Responsibilities Include Building, repairing, and maintaining tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in medical product manufacturing.Setting up and operating CNC and manual machines to produce precise components.Interpreting complex blueprints and GD&T specifications to ensure accuracy.Performing inspections using precision instruments to verify quality.Troubleshooting tooling issues to minimize production disruptions.Collaborating with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.Adhering to GMP, safety standards, and fostering continuous improvement in a learning-focused environment. Qualifications And Skills Experience with CNC and manual machining processes.Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and GD&T.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of GMP and safety protocols.Effective collaboration and communication skills.
