Tool and Die Maker / Machinist

About the role

Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining tools and dies used in manufacturing processes. Works closely with engineers and production teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and fabricate tooling and dies using CAD software and manual techniques.
• Operate CNC machines and other precision equipment to produce high-quality components.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to tooling and die failures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tool and die making or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manual machining techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
