Tooele Caregiver or CNA

About the role

Home Instead is seeking part-time and full-time CAREGivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support seniors in Tooele County. Our mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults through various non-medical services that enable them to stay in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Meditation and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Alzheimer's Care (no previous experience necessary but skills training provided)

Requirements

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Current TB test results within 15 days of hire
