Tolling Industry Management Consultant

About the role

The Tolling Industry Consultant supports the design and implementation of business changes that drive transformation in tolling agencies and transportation authorities. This includes tasks related to people, process, and technology, working collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of business changes in tolling agencies and transportation authorities.
• Contribute to client engagements across back-office operations, customer service, and roadside systems.
• Develop foundational tolling domain knowledge while delivering meaningful outcomes under the guidance of senior practitioners.
• Travel 75–100% of the time.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of public service, transportation, or tolling industry experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting large-scale operational or technology engagements.
• Foundational knowledge of the tolling industry, including an awareness of back-office systems, roadside systems, and customer service operations.

Bonus Points If

• Bachelor's degree.
• Consulting or advisory experience in a transportation or tolling context.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team structure.
• Awareness of the competitive landscape in the tolling industry.
• Innovative ideas and a continuous improvement mindset to client projects.
• Experience supporting client-facing presentations or stakeholder workshops.
