About the role

Help seniors live independently in the comfort of their homes. Provide care and companionship, enriching their lives and yours.

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments and activities
• Assist with bathing and grooming
• Provide incontinence care management
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Prepare healthy meals
• Remind clients to take medications
• Ensure safety with memory care
• Support physical therapy exercises

Requirements

• Genuinely enjoy older adults
• A reliable car
• A valid Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance

Qualifications

• Competitive pay: $17 – $20/hr
• Sign-on reward, with pay increases at 90 days and every six months
• Rewards for onboarding, on-time clock-ins, tenure goals, and more
• Paid training and paid time off
• Manager available any time, day or night
