Toledo Clinic - Full-Time CRNA

About the role

Mon-Fri 7a-5p; 5 CRNAs + float (6 CRNAs daily); max 6 POS CRNA-only model
Cases: heavy endoscopy, plastics, blocks, general ASC cases, ophthalmology
Compensation: 4 CRNAs at $308K 1.1 FTE; 2 CRNAs at $294K 1.05 FTE; 1 Chief CRNA at $280K 1.0, $10k chief stipend
Sign on = 60,000 for 3 yrs

Responsibilities

• Perform anesthesia services in a variety of surgical settings
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any complications
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols

Requirements

• Current licensure as a CRNA in all states where you will be working
• At least 3 years of recent clinical experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience with advanced anesthesia techniques
• Knowledge of current anesthesia practices and technologies
