Who We're Looking For

• Share your knowledge of the menu to enhance Guest experiences.
• Support fellow Team Members and perform side duties such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food.

Education And Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous server or restaurant experience is preferred.

Skills/Competencies/Certifications

• Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills are required.
• Strong English language and professional communications skills are required.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, remain calm under pressure, and make good judgments.
• Proficiency with tablets, point of sale equipment, and telephones with attention to detail and accuracy.
• A friendly and positive attitude regardless of the workload.
