What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for toddlers
• Plan and lead fun, engaging activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Guide infants in exploring the world through music, movement, stories, and hands-on play
• Support routines like mealtime, diapering, and nap time with kindness and care
• Foster strong relationships with parents and provide daily updates
• Collaborate with a team that values laughter, creativity, and teamwork

Qualifications

• 18+
• Experience in childcare preferred
• Lead: Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
• Hold a Child Development Associate Credential
• Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
• Have 3+ years experience in classroom management preferred
