Toddler Teacher

About the role

We are seeking professional, passionate, nurturing individuals to join our team. Our Toddler Teacher positions are located in our Morgan Hill, Saratoga, and San Jose locations.

Responsibilities

• Guide children through our exciting, newly updated curriculum and exploratory play
• Role model a sound knowledge of child growth and development
• Ensure the highest quality of care
• Establish strong classroom management skills
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Create positive, memorable experiences for children

Requirements

• 12 ECE units preferred
• No prior child development classes needed - we will train you and help you get through your core Child Development classes!
• Experience with children preferred
• A love and passion for working with young children
• Excellent communication skills
• A reliable, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR/First Aid certification

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively
• Enthusiasm for early childhood education

Pay

$18-28/hr. depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

Schedule

Full-time positions working 30+ hours per week.
