Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Certified in CPR/First Aid (can be completed after hire)
- Previous experience in a childcare setting or as a private nanny (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
Essential Functions
- Appropriate care and supervision in the classroom, bathroom, hallways and outdoors
- Absorb all Heartfelt company policies and procedures
- Support lead and assistant teacher
- Engage in active play and supervision with children in the classroom
- Will need to participate and direct children through the daily routine
- Greet each parent when they walk in the classroom
- Follow Heartfelt Core Values when making decisions
