- Provide planning time, resources, and consistent support to succeed
- Maintain proper ratios and ensure classroom resources are adequate
- Collaborate with teammates to create an engaging curriculum
- Build warm, trusting relationships with families through daily communication
- Continue growing your skills as an early childhood professional
- Participate in meaningful recognition programs
Requirements
- Absolutely no experience required
- Completion of state-required pre-service training
- Strong communication skills with children, families, and staff
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (including infant lifting for younger classrooms)
- Must meet background check requirements
Qualifications

- Absolutely no certification required
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
