About the role

To Go Specialists play a crucial part in ensuring guests can conveniently pick up their meals. This role involves serving customers who choose to pick up their food in the restaurant or curbside in their car.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are delivered safely and accurately, on time.
• Display a strong sense of urgency and provide excellent customer service.
• Offer recommendations based on extensive menu knowledge.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness in the designated area.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including using point-of-sale systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Valid California Driver’s License.

Pay

$16.90 per hour - $16.90 per hour plus tips.
