About the role
To Go Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring guests can conveniently pick up their meals, balancing convenience with quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Provide excellent customer service to guests picking up food in the restaurant or curbside
- Display strong sense of urgency and extensive menu knowledge
- Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered safely and hygienically
- Thrive on building loyal guest relationships
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills (e.g., using tablets for order taking)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Food service experience or familiarity with kitchen operations is helpful
