About the role
To Go Specialists recognize the importance of convenience and quality in serving guests who pick up food to-go. They ensure orders are delivered on time and accurately, while also displaying a strong sense of urgency and extensive menu knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all orders are prepared and served promptly
- Provide accurate and helpful recommendations to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns efficiently
- Operate cash registers and handle payment transactions
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of food service operations
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (cash register systems)
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable for curbside service)
